Submit Request To Make An Offer Form

Upon completion of the on-campus interview process, the Search Committee will evaluate all candidates and recommend the acceptable candidates to the Department Head/Director of the hiring unit. The acceptable candidates do not have to be submitted in any ranked order unless so requested by the Department Head/Director. The Department Head/Director selects the candidate that will receive the job offer.

The administrative head then submits the Request to Make An Offer (RTMO) for review and signature by all other appropriate administrative offices (Dean, Vice Chancellor, Provost, Vice President, and OED). Informal negotiations may occur before final terms are reached. However, all official offers of employment can only be extended by the Chancellor, Provost, Vice Chancellor, Vice President, or President.
